Shape



- Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface.

Overnight Cold Ferment
Transfer the dough (seam side up) into a floured proving basket or bowl lined with a tea towel.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake

- Remove the dough from the fridge, and transfer onto parchment paper, score the top, and place it in the preheated Dutch oven.
